Daughters of Albert Lithuli want justice for their father. 58 years later it is discovered that former ANC president Albert Lithule was not killed by the run over of the train and suffering of skull damage.

Apparently the prosecuting authorities in Pietermaritzburg High Court discovered that the then magistrate presided over the inquest of Albert as he was able to fabricate the death. Prosecutor Ncedile Dunywa read the letter of magistrate C.I Boswell that was written to secretary of Justice in Pretoria on 11 September 1967 clarifying his statement. Boswell wrote: "From the reports available at present, I do not expect the finding to be one other than accidental death. I gather, however, that the cause of death as furnished by the district surgeon might be questioned by the relative. But I cannot anticipate on what grounds the dispute is based."

Witnesses Colonel Johannes Steyn told the court that the letter was retrieved from the achieves of Department of Justice and constitutional development. Noxolo from M&M attorneys believe that the perpetrators will be found and locked up if they're already died then the government will be forced to compasate the family.
