The event organized by Black coffee foundation CEO Lungi Maphumolo was a success as the aim of the birthday of Nkosinathi Maphumolo which was celebrated in style at Sandhurst achieved it's massion even though they didn't reach their target which was 4 Million and they only managed to raise 3.1 million. 

Nkosinathi says his idea was motivated by his son Esona who recently followed him in the entertainment industry. Coffee says he never knew that his son had a desire to be a DJ. He further outlined how he realised the talent that young people has though they lack support and guidance which is where the organization will penetrate. 

49 year old Nkosinathi reflected on his helicopter accident that he was involved in at Argentina which is also the reason for him doing thankless job. The event attracted lot of public and business figures people like Somizi Mhlongo "We have a lot of talent in our country, but it needs nurturing. This academy will prepare young artists for success around the world," said Somizi.
